Grace Livingston Miller, 24, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and West Hartford, CT, passed away suddenly on March 1, 2024. Born on April 1, 1999, Grace was the second of four close-knit sisters lovingly known as
“The Miller Girls.”
Grace had a vibrant spirit and a heart full of compassion. She attended Watkinson and Kingswood Oxford Schools, later graduating from High Point University, where she was a proud member of Alpha Gamma Delta. Her love of life, friendship, and community was clear in everything she did.
Professionally, Grace found joy in creative work that connected with her love for the ocean. Whether through design or passion projects, she sought out beauty and meaning. Summers at Groton Long Point, CT were especially close to her heart. There, she was an avid boater, swimmer, and active member of the GLP Yacht Club, where she spent countless joyful days in and around the water.
What truly defined Grace was her radiant smile, her selfless heart, and the undeniable joy she brought to everyone lucky enough to know her. She had a gift for making others feel seen, loved, and uplifted- often through simple gestures of kindness that left a lasting impact.
Grace is survived by her loving parents, Garold and Katharine Miller, her sisters Haven, Lila, and Charlotte, her grandparents, and many devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Her presence remains deeply missed — but her light continues to shine through the kindness we carry forward in her name.
